MERRY BERRY CHERRY JAM - A Warm and sweet breakfast for a cold Christmas morning!

This recipe was prepared by chance. No planned purchasing involved and no big story.
I was scanning through my glass jar stock and decided to sterilize a few for pickling and for storing Chaat chutneys. That is when I realized that I had some fresh Cherries and Blueberries - Tada! I made this in an impulse. My family and me loved the taste of sweet cherries and berries.

I consciously try to keep sugar quantity on the lower side in all jam recipes. This is to highlight and to keep fructose pronounced than glucose. Therefore, fruits are natural sources of sugar and its best to make use of it. I have already posted a low sugar version of Pineapple jam.

Try this out and let me know whats your take on this recipe.
